Applied AI that people actually adopt.

I build AI systems for associations and professional-services firms, then stay for the harder problem: getting skilled people to trust and use them. That second half is what my PhD is in.

How I make AI stick

The practice has three legs. Any one of them alone makes a nice pilot; together they make something an organization is still using a year later.

01

Applied

AI running inside production workflows, measured before and after. Everything in my case studies ran for a real organization, and the numbers come from audits, not estimates.

02

Human-centered

The technology is the easy part. Whether people keep using a tool after the novelty wears off comes down to trust, habit, and judgment, and that behavioral territory is where my PhD lives.

03

Responsible

Good governance is what lets an organization say yes to AI and sleep fine afterward: privacy-first design, outputs that cite their sources, guardrails people understand. I'm currently pursuing the IAPP AIGP credential.

How an engagement works

Research that organizations pay for.

Six state CPA organizations license and rebrand Start from Trust, my AI-adoption research package for accounting firms. It is built on the AI Trust & Usage Quadrant, a framework from my published research, and travels with a CPE webinar on the national circuit.
