My outside work takes three shapes: speaking, advisory, and research. The common thread is evidence. Everything I present or recommend comes from deployments I’ve run myself or research I’ve published, and my home field is professional services, where the audience is skilled, busy, and rightly skeptical of new tools.

How I help

Speaking & workshops

Keynotes, executive briefings, CPE webinars, and hands-on workshops on applied AI and the behavioral science of adoption. I’m comfortable in front of skeptical rooms; accountants trained me well. My current talk, built from published research, runs on the national state-society circuit.

Advisory

A thinking partner for leaders in the middle of an AI strategy. The usual questions: where the real use cases are, why usage has stalled, how to design for trust instead of mandating usage, and what responsible adoption should look like for your people and your clients. I’m most useful when there’s a specific decision on the table.

Research programs

Mixed-methods research built to support a decision: AI adoption and impact studies, scenario planning and forecasting, benchmarking, and member or customer research programs. I design, run, and report these end to end.
